| What's best about working @ Agilent? | I like the level of responsibility, the level trust and confidence others have in my work, and the flexibility of my work day. Here, no one looks over my shoulder to make sure I am doing my job; I know that I am accountable -- Agilent hires people who fit, and once they decide to bring you in, they know they have chosen the right person for the role. |
| How about some of the projects you're working on? | I am working on promoting an exciting new technology called ChIP-on-chip. When I came on board, we were starting from the ground level and had no marketing materials. Now, we have a comprehensive brochure, an informative website, and many exciting projects in the works. It's satisfying to be a part of a highly creative marketing team and to work collaboratively to roll out quality marketing materials. |
